Before sidebefore front

UGH. Ok admittedly, it’s not that bad. I am within a healthy BMI of 23.2.  However, for my height I don’t think it’s personally ideal.  I’d rather be at the lower end of what is considered healthy than at the higher. Sadly, just gaining 10 more pounds would push me over into the overweight category. In the end, it’s not all about healthy BMIs and what number the scale says, it’s about being healthy.  I’m going to try to focus less on my weight and more on what I’m actually putting into my body (the foods and drinks I consume) and the exercises I do to feel good and get strong.  However, I am keeping my goals more weight oriented just because it’s easier to see progress that way.  I think I will take my measurements as well though so I can see the inches drop!
