My Sloppy Seconds

Keeping to my goals, I ran 3.5 miles yesterday! It was tough and hot so on the last mile Daniel and I decided to walk and talk. Slow and Steady Wins The Race

So I owe you another weigh in. Today I’m at 132.8. That’s almost two pounds down since I started this blog weighing at 134.6. That’s only 0.5 lb per week weight loss. I’m actually doing better when it comes to staying under my calories! My weigh-in hasn’t been showing it too much though. I am at 133.6 lb now.
