Worlds Of Fun

The day started out with a filling breakfast at IHOP. I had two pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs, and some orange juice. It was definitely a good start to a busy day. We got to Worlds Of Fun around 10:30am and already the lines were long! We considered getting the Fast Track wristbands that let you get to the front of the line but they were $30-$40 a piece depending on how many we bought. Instead, we decided to find rides with shorter lines.  It was too cloudy to do Oceans Of Fun (the water park side) so we just stayed in Worlds Of Fun the whole day. It was a lot of walking and I only wore flip flops so my feet were hurting by the end of the day! We went with Daniel’s sister, brother-in-law, and two nieces. It was so much fun! Unfortunately I don’t have any photos because I didn’t want to lose/break my phone.

After Worlds Of Fun we stopped at Cheeseburger In Paradise for a delicious dinner. I had the Mango Grilled Chicken Wrap with sweet potato fries. It had lettuce, toasted almonds, and black beans in it. I want to make a version of this at home. It seems simple to make once I find a good mango chutney recipe.

It was a day of delicious food! And I probably walked several miles during the day along with a lot of standing around in lines.

Let’s see what else I ate:

Scrambled eggs 50
Syrup 100
Orange juice 110

Not the healthiest of days but at least I got a decent amount of exercise in. Now if only I could convince Daniel to massage my feet. 😉
