Why you'll love it

Air fryer polenta fries are a delicious Italian appetizer. It's crispy on the outside, and creamy and salty on the inside. Ready in less than 30 minutes!

What you need:

1. Slice the polenta into fry-like shapes, about 1⁄2 inch wide and 3-4 inches long. Make sure the pieces are similar in size so they cook evenly.

2. Add the fries to a bowl and coat with olive oil. Then, add salt, black pepper, and any additional seasoning that you desire and gently toss until every piece is well-coated.

3. Spray the air fryer tray or basket with non-stick spray, then add the fries in a single layer. Cook until golden brown, flipping halfway through.

4. These fries taste best when they're piping hot so serve them right away! The texture changes once they cool down.
