Crispy Air Fryer Kale Chips

Why you'll love it

 These kale chips come out perfectly crispy and delicious each time! Air fried kale chips are a great healthy snack when you want something crunchy and savory.

What you need:

kale

lemon juice

salt

paprika or other favorite seasonings

Remove stems

Wash kale and remove stems. The stems are thick and don't crisp up well.

Slice

Slice or tear the leaves into uniform chip-size pieces. They shrink as they cook so be careful not to make them too small.

Season

Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, and seasonings. Toss well to coat.

Air Fry

Cook for 4-5 minutes in air fryer at 360F. Shake leaves around and continue cooking for a couple more minutes at 320F until crispy.

Store

If you don't eat all of your kale chips at once you can store them in an airtight container at room temperature for a few days.
