Why you'll love it

Frozen Brussels Sprouts in the air fryer make a fast and delicious side dish on a busy night!

What you need:

balsamic vinegar

black pepper

frozen brussels sprouts

Preheat the air fryer for 3-5 minutes at 400 degrees F.  In a medium mixing bowl, add the frozen brussels and balsamic vinegar, salt and black pepper for flavor.

Air Fry

Place the frozen brussels sprouts in the preheated air fryer basket or tray, in a single layer.

Cook for 10 minutes. Shake the brussels sprouts to redistribute, then continue cooking for another 5-10 minutes until desired crispiness is reached.

Once cooked, try  adding dried cranberries and walnuts to the balsamic brussels sprouts and drizzling with additional balsamic glaze.

Store leftover brussels sprouts in an airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze for longer. Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to retain crispiness or reheat in a microwave.
