Easy Way To Air Fry Frozen Brussels Sprouts

Frozen Brussels Sprouts in the air fryer make a fast and delicious side dish on a busy night!

What you need:

balsamic vinegar

salt

black pepper

frozen brussels sprouts

Prep

 Preheat the air fryer for 3-5 minutes at 400 degrees F.  In a medium mixing bowl, add the frozen brussels and balsamic vinegar, salt and black pepper for flavor.

Air Fry

Place the frozen brussels sprouts in the preheated air fryer basket or tray, in a single layer.

Shake

Cook for 10 minutes. Shake the brussels sprouts to redistribute, then continue cooking for another 5-10 minutes until desired crispiness is reached.

Serve

Once cooked, try  adding dried cranberries and walnuts to the balsamic brussels sprouts and drizzling with additional balsamic glaze.

Store

Store leftover brussels sprouts in an airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze for longer. Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to retain crispiness or reheat in a microwave.
