1. Prepare
jackfruit by rinsing under cold water, draining and patting dry. Transfer jackfruit into a food processor. Add black beans, onion, cumin, garlic powder, onion power, paprika, liquid smoke, and hot sauce.

the mixture until the ingredients are broken down and well incorporated but slightly chunky still, scraping down the sides as needed.

to a bowl and sprinkle the flour over the mixture. Use a spatula to combine.
