Ingredients

1. Whisk together the soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, gochujang, minced garlic, and minced ginger to create your marinade.

2. Add the sliced mushrooms to the marinade and toss them to coat. Let the mushrooms marinate for at least 20-30 minutes to absorb the flavors.

3. Heat a large skillet with sesame oil. Add the mushrooms, reserving the excess marinade. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. The mushrooms should become tender and slightly caramelized.

4. Once the mushrooms are nicely caramelized and tender, they’re ready to serve! Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds, and serve over your favorite rice!
