You won't believe how realistic this vegan chicken is! They're chewy and tender on the inside, and crispy and golden brown on the outside.


1. Freeze the tofu for at least 8 hours, then thaw in the refrigerator. This helps create a more realistic chicken texture. Press out excess moisture.

2. Cut or break apart the tofu block into nugget-size pieces about 1 inch thick and add to a large bowl.

3. Prepare the vegan chicken bouillon by dissolving the cube in hot water. Add the tofu chicken pieces and marinate for 30 minutes.

4. Dip chicken tofu in the batter, then the breading a couple of times for a double coating.

5. Arrange the coated tofu bites on the sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until golden brown and crispy.

6. Serve with your favorite dips such as ketchup, mustard, or BBQ sauce!
