Super Easy Vegan Stir Fry Sauce

If you need a quick and easy stir fry sauce that doesn't compromise on flavor, this is it! It just takes 5 minutes and 6 ingredients to have the best tasting sauce!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos for soy-free
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or brown rice vinegar
  • 1 tablepsoon pure maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch or arrowroot powder

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk together to combine.
    ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 tablepsoon pure maple syrup, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, ⅛ teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • When your stir fry is ready for sauce, pour this simple sauce over and stir well.
  • Allow it to cook for a few minutes to thicken. When it starts to coat your stir fry vegetables, it's ready!

Notes

Store leftovers in airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
