Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 2 large bananas ripe, peeled
  • 1 cup oat milk unsweetened
  • 1 cup cold water

Optional:

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • dash of ground cinnamon
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blender until smooth.

Notes

For best flavor I highly recommend adding all of the optional ingredients. If your bananas aren't very ripe, adjust sweetener as needed.
Enjoy immediately over ice, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Separation may occur so make sure to shake or stir before enjoying.
