Frozen Brussels Sprouts in the air fryer make a fast and delicious side dish on a busy night! They become perfectly roasted in the air fryer with minimal prep so you can have a healthy and delicious side to accompany any meal. All you need is frozen brussels sprouts, a few simple seasonings and 15 minutes!
Start by preheating the air fryer for 3-5 minutes at 400°F.
In a medium mixing bowl, add the frozen brussels sprouts and balsamic vinegar or choice of dressing to add some flavor. If you prefer plain, you can skip this step. Toss to coat evenly.
Sprinkle a little salt and black pepper to taste and toss to combine. Place the frozen brussels sprouts in the preheated air fryer basket or tray (depending on type of air fryer) in a single layer. If you have a smaller air fryer you may need to cook in batches.
salt and black pepper
Cook for 10 minutes. Shake or stir the brussels sprouts to redistribute, then continue cooking for another 5-10 minutes until desired crispiness is reached. The outer leaves should start to become golden brown as they crisp up.
Notes
Cook time:Cook time may vary depending on the model of air fryer. Mine was perfect after 15 minutes but yours might need more or less time so I recommend checking on it every couple minutes after the initial 10 minutes.Storage:Store leftover brussels sprouts in an airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze for longer. Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to retain crispiness or reheat in a microwave.Serving suggestions: Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and add walnuts or dried cranberries.
