Instructions

  • Start by placing frozen spring rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Make sure they're not touching for best results. If your air fryer is on the smaller side, you may need to cook in batches.

  • No need to preheat. Set the air fryer to 400°F and air fry spring rolls for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Cooking time may vary depending on the air fryer.
  • Heat spring rolls all the way through until golden brown and crispy. Serve with choice of dipping sauce.

Notes

Storage and reheating: These are best enjoyed immediately but if you have leftover spring rolls you can store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a few days. Reheat for a few minutes in the air fryer to preserve crispiness.
You can also reheat by microwave in 30-second intervals until heated through. It will be softer and less crispy.
Tips: 
  • Don't allow the spring rolls to thaw before cooking. It's best to get them from the freezer to air fryer as fast as possible or they'll become soggy and take longer to crisp up.
  • Make sure to fill the air fryer basket in a single layer for best results. Cook in batches if needed to prevent overfilling the air fryer.
  • For larger spring rolls, add extra time as needed, typically another 5-10 minutes.
