In a large pitcher or glass add chia seeds and cover with the water. Add the agave and lime juice and stir to evenly distribute. (Traditionally the chia seeds are soaked in water for at least 30 minutes to 2 hours before adding to the drink but I mixed mine in directly and just waited 30 minutes to consume.)
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the chia seeds to thicken. Serve at room temperature or pour over ice.
