Air Fryer Asparagus (Fast & Easy!)

Ingredients

  • 1 bundle asparagus
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and black pepper to taste, about teaspoon each

Instructions

  • Rinse asparagus and trim off the woody ends (about 1 inch).
  • Preheat air fryer to 375F.
  • In a large bowl toss the asparagus with seasonings to evenly coat.
  • Spread out seasoned asparagus in air fryer basket. If you have a smaller basket you may need to divid the asparagus into two batches.
  • Cook asparagus for 4-5 minutes.

Notes

Leftovers: Store air fried asparagus in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Reheat in the air fryer to crisp it back up or heat in microwave as desired.
Try these different seasonings or serving suggestions to switch it up:
  • smoked paprika for a smoky flavor
  • squeeze of lemon juice on top after cooking
  • Italian seasoning
