These easy air fryer pasta chips are a simple, easy snack or appetizer that can be ready in less than 30 minutes! Full of whole grains, protein and fiber, these pasta chips are a healthier take on the regular chip but still have that satisfactory crunch!
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and transfer to a mixing bowl.
8 oz whole grain pasta
Add lemon juice and mix well. Then add seasonings and toss to coat.
1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/3 cup nutritional yeast, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt
By air fryer: Preheat air fryer to 400F. Add pasta chips evenly spread out (you maybe have to cook in a couple batches to make sure the air fryer isn't too crowded). Cook for 8-12 minutes shaking a couple times to redistribute the chips.
By oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the pasta chips in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake until golden brown and crispy, about 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
It's ok if they aren't super crispy at first, let them cool for 10 minutes and they'll crisp up even more.
