Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.Adding lime juice on top can help prevent browning as well as thoroughly covering with plastic wrap to prevent air from oxidizing the guacamole.If you prefer spicier guac, feel free to include the seeds from the jalapeño, or add some chili powder! Or if you prefer mild, feel free to omit the jalapeño.
