3 Ingredient Banana Oatmeal Cookies

These cookies only require  3 ingredients and 20 minutes start-to-finish to make! They are healthy and perfect for dessert or even breakfast!

What you need:

ripe banana

rolled or quick oats

dairy-free chocolate chips

Mash banana

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mash the ripe banana with a fork until smooth.


Combine oats

Add in oats and mix well to combine.


Add chocolate

Mix in the chocolate chips. You can add in a small amount of water if the mixture is to dry or add more oats if it is too wet.



Use a tablespoon to scoop the mixture out and place on a lined cookie sheet. Roll them up more or flatten them out to your liking—these cookies won't spread during baking.



Bake in the oven at 350°F (180°C) for 12-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before eating.

Vanilla extract
