Easy Banana Ice Cream

An easy non-dairy treat made using nothing but bananas. You can customize it with additional add-ins to make the ultimate cold vegan soft serve.

What you need:

6 ripe bananas. Toppings optional: dairy free chocolate chips, peanut butter, chopped nuts, and ground cinnamon.

1. Slice bananas and place them in an air tight container. Place them in the freezer for 2 hours. After 2 hours place bananas in a food processor.

2. Blend until they become a creamy, soft serve consistency. If the consistency is too thick you can add 1 tablespoon of plant milk at a time to thin it out.

3. Adding mix-ins, pulse in or blend them in until smooth, depending on your preference.
