Actually Crispy Air Fryer Tofu!

This extra crispy and delicious air fryer tofu can be made with just 5 ingredients. It is also healthy, low calorie, high protein, oil free, and perfect for meal prep!

What you need:

Extra firm tofu

Soy sauce

Maple syrup

Ground ginger

Garlic powder

Air fryer or oven

Prepare tofu

Press out excess water then slice tofu into 1 inch cubes.



Mix together the sauce ingredients in a small bowl then add to a shallow dish with the tofu and allow to marinate for 10-15 minutes.


Air Fry

Evenly spread out the tofu in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway.



Add to tacos, salads, stir fries, wraps or dip in your favorite sauce and enjoy!
