This mango milk bubble tea is quick and easy to make, and is ready in less than 15 minutes! It's creamy, fruity, and refreshing, the perfect drink for summer and spring.

What you need:

Black tea, cooked tapioca pearls, maple syrup, ripe mango, coconut milk, and ice.

1. Prepare the tapioca pearls (boba) and black tea. Once cooked, drain and rinse the tapioca pearls with cold water. Set aside. Add the maple syrup and stir to sweeten.

2. Blend diced mango, brewed black tea, and canned coconut milk, until smooth and well combined.

3. Add 1⁄4 cup of the tapioca pearls to each glass, then fill with a handful of ice cubes. Pour the mango-coconut milk mixture over the ice. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing mango bubble tea !
