5 Ingredient No-Bake Granola Bars

These bars only require  5 ingredients and 5 minutes to make! They are very filling, boasting 9 grams of protein  and are vegan and gluten free!

What you need:

Creamy natural peanut butter

pure maple syrup

ground cinnamon

salt

rolled oats

Mix liquids

In a large microwave-safe mixing bowl add the peanut butter and maple syrup. Microwave until heated through and then thoroughly combine.

Combine

Add in the cinnamon and salt and stir to combine. Then add the oats and mix well.

Chill

Pour oat mixture into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper and press down evenly into place. Refrigerate for at least one hour to allow the bars to firm up.

Serve

When ready, remove from pan and slice into 8 bars. Enjoy!
