Rich and Savory Vegan Gravy

What you need:

vegetable broth

nutritional yeast

tahini

soy sauce

onion powder

cornstarch

Mix

In a small bowl mix the cornstarch with 2 parts cold water until it fully dissolves.

Boil

In a sauce pan over medium heat, add all ingredients. Bring to a boil, whisking continuously. Reduce heat and continue whisking until it starts to thicken.

Serve

Serve warm. Pour over mashed potatoes, biscuits, vegan roasts, etc.

How to store

Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days. This gravy will thicken as it cools, so reheat with extra vegetable broth or water until it thins out again.
