Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise I used vegan mayo
  • ¼ cup dijon mustard
  • ½ lemon juiced (about 4-5 teaspoons)
  • teaspoon salt and black pepper each, to taste

Instructions

  • Combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Add the salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Taste the dijonnaise and adjust the seasoning as needed. For more creaminess, add more mayo, for more tangy flavor, add more dijon mustard and lemon juice.

Notes

Use the dijonnaise immediately or store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for later use. For enhanced flavor, you can refrigerate the dijonnaise for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the ingredients to meld and intensifies the taste.
Store the dijonnaise in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
