What you'll need

Firm tofu, dried cranberries, nutritional yeast, miso paste, mustard, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder and onion powder.

Mix

Drain excess moisture from tofu and crumble it into a blender.

Blend

Add remaining ingredients except for the dried cranberries and blend until smooth.

Shape

Pour cheese ball mixture into a small bowl lined with plastic wrap. Twist wrap to shape into a ball and place in the freezer for 1 hour to firm up.

Decorate

Once firm, carefully remove cheese ball from plastic wrap and cover the outside with dried cranberries.

Serve

Serve with crackers, sliced fruit or veggies. This vegan cheese ball makes a great appetizer for any holiday or get-together! Enjoy!
