What you'll need

Firm tofu, pasta, crushed tomatoes, zucchini, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil.

Mix

In a large mixing bowl add your crushed tomatoes followed by the spices and seasonings and mix well.

Combine

Crumble in the tofu and stir well to mix through. Then add the pasta and mix to combine.

Dump

Dump mixture into casserole dish and smooth into an even layer. Top with sliced vegetables if desired.

Bake

Bake at 425F for 40-45 minutes until pasta is cooked through.
