Equipment

  • air fryer

Ingredients

  • 16 oz frozen potato wedges pre-seasoned or plain

Optional seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • If you're not using pre-seasoned potato wedges, start by adding the frozen potato wedges to a large bowl. Toss with desired seasonings, working quickly to prevent the frozen potato wedges from thawing too much.
  • Transfer potatoes to the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding too much overlap. If needed, work in batches to prevent overcrowding the basket of the air fryer.
  • Air fry potato wedges at 400°F for 10-15 minutes tossing halfway through.

Notes

No need to preheat your air fryer, these potato wedges cook quickly regardless! If your air fryer automatically preheats, check on your potato wedges a couple minutes early to make sure they don't overcook.
For fresh baked potato wedges, wash and slice potatoes into wedges. Toss with seasonings and cook in an air fryer for 10 minutes. Shake the basket and continue cooking for 5-8 more minutes until golden and crispy.
