Add all ingredients for the banana milk to a blender and blend until smooth. Tip: For a thicker consistency, use frozen bananas.
2 large ripe bananas, 1 cup oat milk, 1 cup cold water, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract, dash of ground cinnamon, pinch of salt
Cook the boba pearls according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain the boba and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the maple syrup to sweeten.

Divide the boba pearls into glasses, followed by ice cubes, add the banana milk and stir to combine.
