  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1 large carrot peeled and sliced, about 1 cup
  • 1 cup plant milk
  • ½ cup dairy free yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or one soft date pitted
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax or hemp seeds
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of nutmeg

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
