Find healthy whole food plant-based, no-oil (WFPBNO) recipes that are easy and delicious!

These recipes focus on using ingredients that are whole or minimally processed plant foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds. This includes items like soy milk, tofu, coconut yogurt, and whole wheat bread. It excludes highly processed foods, like refined white flour, refined sugars, and oils.  Learn more about a whole food plant-based diet.

This collection of over one hundred WFPB recipes has everything from hearty meals to sweet treats.  A typical day would start with a big bowl of overnight oats with frozen fruit paired with a green tea smoothie for breakfast. Lunch could be an easy vegan stir fry or some smoky tofu ground beef tacos. Try a cozy three bean chili or chickpea lentil curry for dinner followed by a bowl of banana nice cream for dessert. Yum!
